  Wow the worst experience in my life.. They are usually a great store but have gone down hill. I placed a order online at 1pm and went to pick it up around 6:30pm and the order wasn't even pulled yet. So I went to customer service to pick it up and no one helped me. So I went to get the items myself and they didn't have any in stock. When I ordered it they had 7+ in stock. What is the point of having a online ordering if they are going to sell it out from under you. I called the manager all he told me that they supported to pull the order within the hour.. But they didn't and I'm sorry.I've always been a big fan of Lowe's but not now they will lose all my and my family's business over this now. I'll just drive to the big ORANGE box store from now on.
